It’s Official.

I’m pretty much checked out for the rest of the semester… work, school, whatever. I have 1test, 2 projects, 1 response paper, and 3 (one optional!) finals coming up…. and 3.5 WEEKS LEFT! And I truly couldn’t care less. My grades are solid enough that a few Bs here and there aren’t going to kill me, and I’m just tired of the classes. Waking up for, sitting through, learning about three out of four classes I care very little about is starting to wear me out. Quick.

Exciting things on my radar:

-2 Thanksgiving dinners next week with my ENTIRE extended family. I can’t explain what it feels like to know that is only a week away. Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday (besides St. Patrick’s Day) because its rare to get all 2,340,985 of us in one place at one time (for real though–I have over 40 cousins).

-Roommates and I are planning a tacky Christmas party. The theme? (Other than tacky, that is,): “The best way to spread Christmas cheer is drinking lots of ice-cold beer.” Enough said.

-Last work deadline: Friday, December 5. Thank. God.

-CHRISTMAS BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Starts December 16 for me. Omigod I can’t wait.
